Sometimes behavior, or “what people do” aligns with all the structures, policies and values, found within your environment. If it does, that rare organization has a highly successful cultural architecture that may contribute wonderfully to its success. Most organizations, however, fall far short of this state. Most business rely on a traditional method of performance monitoring to regulate staff performance. Unfortunately, this isn’t the best way to ensure that behavior aligns with productivity, and ultimately organizational success.
